Is this a happy birthday?
Reminding the ongoing weak situation in Kosovo concerning its economy, fragile employment and high unemployment, missing recognitions, society development, the situation in schools and universities, … is this a happy birthday? Regarding the elections Kosovo just passed and the current process of government formation, the question comes up, if the responsible actors are aware about the situation. Nepotism, corruption, inefficiency. Wrong persons, missing skills, bad habits, poor values – and no profile at all in a political and economical dimension to distinguish political parties. Poor. Winning the war (by NATO) was important. Winning the peace seems hardly possible.
